This role offers predictable clinic hours, a focused ICHD modality, and full leadership over daily operations in a stable chronic dialysis setting.

Location: Jasper, TX (930 Marvin Hancock Dr, Jasper, TX 75951)

Clinic Operating

Hours:

Mon/Wed/Fri (6:45 AM - 7:30 PM) | Tue/Thu/Sat (6:45 AM - 5:30 PM)
* Closed Sundays*

• Oversee clinical care across 22 ICHD stations in alignment with regulatory standards
• Participate in Comprehensive Assessments, care planning, and IDT collaboration
• Maintain continuous Survey Readiness and lead QAPI activities
• Enforce infection control, supply management, and water treatment quality (AAMI)

• Recruit, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff
• Build staffing schedules that maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios
• Provide clear feedback, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and respect
• Ensure staff licensure, competencies, and required in-service training remain current

• Manage facility budgets and monitor performance
• Oversee billing, documentation accuracy, and accounts payable processes
• Support biomedical and maintenance teams to ensure equipment and water systems meet standards
• Serve as an active member of the facility’s Governing Body

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in Texas (or compact state)
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience
• At least 6 months of dialysis or ESRD patient care experience
• 3-5 years of ESRD clinical and management experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgement, leadership skills, and familiarity with healthcare compliance

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
