US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join Shady Grove Fertility in Spring-Woodlands, Texas. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/holiday rotations and opportunities for growth within a nationally respected fertility network.
You will coordinate patient care, monitor treatment plans, and educate patients while liaising with physicians and lab teams. A compassionate approach and strong computer skills are essential.
