, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, delivering direct patient care, assisting with treatment plans, and ensuring the well-being of those you serve.

• Responsible for providing care to patients at the Fort Stockton-Lynaugh Unit.
• Administers medications as ordered, adheres to facility policyand procedure of medication administration and will maintain knowledge of appropriate dosages, reactions and contraindications of medications.
• Communicates patient data using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to support decision-making to improve patient care.
• Prepares and operates necessary equipment and instruments for examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Assists in completing required documentation for incoming/outgoing patients including obtaining accurate patient histories.
• Inspects and monitors equipment; inspects and ensures maintenance of patient care areas, equipment and supplies, and medication refrigerator.
• Serves as a relief charge nurse when needed, delegating tasksto lower level nursing staff.
• Communicates with Physicians or Advanced Practice Providers asneeded, and calls report when transferring patients to another unitor hospital. Notifies provider(s) of any significant incidents.

  • No Night Shift
• Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential:
