Position Overview:We are currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Responsibilities:- Deliver direct, person-centered nursing care to residents
- Monitor and document changes in resident’s health status
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families
- Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure high standards of care
- Valid Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Team player with excellent clinical and communication skills
