Location: Center Point
Starlite Recovery Center in Center Point, TX, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care across the unit. You will assess physical and behavioral health needs, implement care plans, and educate patients and families while adhering to nursing standards and policies.
The role requires an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience (psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus), and CPR with de-escalation/restraint certification.
