Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation and coordinated interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and case managers on treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals, safety, and discharge planning
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team conferences and patient care meetings
• Support a patient-centered, compassionate care environment
• Engage in ongoing training, specialty education, and professional development
