What You'll Do
- Provide urgent and emergent care to ER patients in a fast-paced environment
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on severity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Document clinical care accurately and efficiently
- Support patient safety protocols and infection control measures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with life-saving procedures
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Prior ER experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to dynamic environment
