LVN​/LPN or RN

ABC Healthcare, part of Grifols, seeks a compassionate LVN/LPN or RN to deliver high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering medications and infusions, monitoring patients, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, support care plans, and follow all safety and infection-control protocols. Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies per protocol
• Document care accurately in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on treatments and self-care
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Support development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Assist with clinical procedures and specimen collection
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
