LVN​/LPN or RN

ABC Healthcare, part of Grifols, seeks compassionate LVN/LPN or RN professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in our Healthcare & Social Assistance network. In this role, you'll perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support diagnostic and treatment plans while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You'll educate patients and families, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold infection-control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs, and monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care
• Uphold infection-control, safety, and quality standards
• Support diagnostic procedures and specimen collection
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
