Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $48.24

What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
• Assess patient conditions, perform triage, and prioritize treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Support patient and family education and communication
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Texas (or state applicable)
• Prior experience in ER or acute care settings
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• BLS/ACLS certifications
• Experience with trauma or critical care
