Assistant Director of Nursing

Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you'll help oversee daily nursing operations, guide and mentor care staff, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You'll participate in care planning, assessments, and family communication while fostering a culture of servant leadership, faith-based values, and person-centered care that enhances residents' dignity, comfort, and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations within the community under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
• Participate in care planning, assessments, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with therapy, social services, and families to promote optimal resident outcomes
• Assist with scheduling, staff education, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company clinical policies and procedures
• Model servant leadership and foster a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect
