Shift: Night shift, 6 PM 6 AM (3-4 shifts/week, every other weekend) Hours/week: 36-48 hours

Pay Rate:
Starting at $31.50/hour (experience-based) Weekly Pay Schedule via direct deposit Benefits:

Provide direct nursing care to an average of 50-52 residents Monitor residents health, ensuring safety and comfort for low-acuity patients Collaborate with facility staff to implement care plans Document residents conditions and care activities accurately Assist in medication management and routine nursing procedures Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all residents Support quality improvement initiatives and resident safety protocols What You Need:
Valid RN license in Texas Experience in long-term care or LTC settings preferred Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing resident needs About the Assignment:
