Are you a nurse who leads with compassion, confidence, and professionalism? Join our team as a Charge Nurse and play an important role in delivering exceptional care while supporting and leading our nursing staff.

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on your assigned unit.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor residents, medications, treatments, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing.
• Support care planning and ensure care plans are followed.
• Promote resident dignity, rights, safety, and confidentiality.
• Respond to clinical, staffing, and emergency situations with professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, infection control, and state regulations.

• Current unencumbered nursing license appropriate to the position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care standards.
• A compassionate, positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
