Job Summary:

Join our team at Hillview in Goldthwaite, TX, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Valid Texas Nurse License (LVN or RN)
• Valid CPR Certification
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
