• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bath, dress, and toileting assistance
• Assist with medication administration and treatment plans under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Identify and report any changes in patient condition or needs to the nursing team

• Current CNA certification in the State of Texas
