Our Rehab Team brings hope and dedication to our residents, and we are committed to providing top-notch short-term rehab and high-quality Long-Term care with exceptional nursing and rehabilitative therapies.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our rehabilitation team at Garrison Nursing and Rehabilitation. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. • Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and rehabilitation outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
