Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality emergency care to approximately 20-30 patients per 24-hour period Assist in managing patient flow and prioritizing care in a busy ER setting Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Follow protocols for trauma, critical care, and urgent health issues Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans What You Need Required Active Texas RN license or willingness to obtain BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications At least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills
