We’re hiring an Operating Foreman to lead a zero-turn mowing crew with speed, pride, and accountability. This is a working leadership role — you’ll be on the mower, setting the pace, while managing quality, safety, and crew performance.

• Daily Operations — Run a zero-turn mowing route efficiently and profitably
• Lead a 2–3 person crew with clear expectations and standards
• Ensure properties meet company quality specs every visit
• Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean, organized truck
• Leadership & Accountability — Set the tone for pace, professionalism, and safety
• Train crew members on mowing patterns, trimming, and blowing standards
• Hold crew accountable for attendance, performance, and attitude
• Communicate issues, delays, or site conditions to management
• Equipment & Safety — Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Identify and report mechanical issues before breakdowns
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• What Success Looks Like (KPIs) —
• Route completion on time, every day
• Zero preventable damage claims
• Consistent quality scores on inspections
• Crew retention and performance improvement

• 2+ years commercial mowing experience (zero-turn required)
• Proven experience leading or training others
• Strong understanding of mowing patterns, trimming, and edging
• Valid driver’s license (chauffeur or DOT a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus (not required)
