Associate Veterinarian in Long Island, New York— Progressive, Compassionate, Client-Focused

Best Friends Veterinary Care is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian (3–5+ years) who believes exceptional medicine starts with exceptional relationships — with both pets and their people.

We are a progressive, collaborative practice, supported by an incredible, highly skilled, cohesive team that includes five LVTs, and a client-focused, dedicated support staff. If you enjoy practicing high-quality medicine in a positive, drama-free environment where your skills are valued, you’ll fit right in.

• 3–5+ years clinical experience preferred
• Compassionate, communicative, and team-oriented
• Strong medical skills, with surgical and dental proficiency preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to progressive, patient-centered care

• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Wednesday–Saturday schedule (9-5:30, 9-5:30, 9-7, 9-1)
• One Saturday off, monthly
• No after-hours
