We Would Love for You to Join the My Pet’s Vet Family! My Pet's Place is looking for a Professional Groomer at our new boarding/daycare/grooming facility in San Antonio, Texas. We are looking for a candidate who loves animals and understands the importance of the parent-pet bond. At My Pet’s Place, our goal is to create a happy and positive work culture.

Your basic duties as a Dog Groomer at My Pet’s Vet are as follows:
- Maintain the appearance of all varieties of canines
- Styling, bathing, drying, and combing dogs
- Ear Cleanings and nail trims
- Keeping all tools clean and sanitized
- One-year previous experience as a pet groomer.
- Knowledge of basic canine styles
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
- Education:
High School or Equivalent - Ability to complete assigned tasks in the time allotted without direct supervision
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A commitment to outstanding client service.
- Ability to lift objects weighing 40 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 40 pounds with assistance.
