, just minutes from Houston, to recruit a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian to join a collaborative two-doctor team.

You’ll work alongside a hands‑on, experienced DVM owner who is deeply committed to Fear Free, low‑stress handling and building long‑term relationships with both clients and staff. This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who wants to practice high‑quality medicine without corporate pressure

Recently refurbished hospital with a diverse small animal caseload and strong support staff.

Work directly with an experienced owner who values learning, teamwork, and professional growth.

Fear Free & Patient‑Centered Care

A genuine commitment to low‑stress handling, personalized treatment plans, and transparent client communication.

Practice medicine your way—focused on quality care, not production pressure.

Excellent 2.5:1 Vet Tech to Doctor ratio and a positive, supportive team culture.

Hospital Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full‑time schedule typically consists of 4 × 10‑hour shifts per week

Saturday rotates occasionally to support balance and flexibility

Production Bonus: 23%+ with no negative accrual
