Experienced CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) on‑site, with a 3:1 tech‑to‑DVM ratio
. - Licensed (or eligible) Veterinarian in Texas.
- Skilled in soft tissue surgery and comfortable working independently when needed.

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr (base salary + negotiable production bonus). No negative accrual. Full private hospital benefits included.
