Our client's well‑established small animal practice in Mont Belvieu, TX (20+ years strong) is seeking a full‑time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and friendly team. This position offers a varied caseload: appointments, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and even opportunities to gain exposure to urgent care cases if of interest.

• Comprehensive general practice: preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
• Excellent 4:1 veterinary technician to doctor ratio, ensuring you're supported at every step

• Digital X‑ray
• In‑house laboratory
• Dental radiography

• Laser therapy
• Dedicated surgical suite with heated tables & laser surgery equipment
• Supportive team of experienced doctors, including industry‑tenured DVMs (20+ years experience)

• 4‑day workweek with excellent work‑life balance
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm;
  Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (rotational, not every week);
  Sunday closed
• Protected lunch breaks (1–1.5 hours)
• At least one full day of surgery per week (more if desired)
• 30‑minute appointment slots

• Base salary $130K–$160K, depending on experience
• Production bonuses with no negative accrual (bi‑weekly payout)
