Outdoor Services Technician — Lake Homes & Docks

Overview

We are looking for hard working, dedicated individuals to join our East Texas Team. Are you detail oriented? Does a hard day’s work leave you feeling accomplished? Are you comfortable on boat docks and outside all day? Do you love making outdoor spaces look amazing? You may have what it takes to join our amazing team! We service the areas of Lake Palestine, Lake Athens and Cedar Creek Lake.

• Perform exceptional level outside services for Prep My Lakehouse clients at their lake homes and ranches in East Texas.
• Fully de-cobweb exterior patios, homes, boat docks and garages on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Pressure washing docks, decks, patios, stone surfaces and exterior areas.
• Removing debris, boxes, and large items from homes.
• Manual labor projects, if qualified, based on client requests.
• Possible light home repair projects, if qualified based on client request.

• Reliable transportation and fully working smart phone with data plan
• Must have valid Texas State drivers license
• Willing to travel within a 45 mile radius
• Physically able to work outside for 4-6 hours daily
• Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check to be considered for positions. Others need not apply.

• Pay: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience and performance
