North 10th Street Animal Hospital is a well‑established, full-service small animal (and exotics) practice in McAllen, TX, known for high-quality medicine, a strong reputation in the community, and a supportive, collaborative culture. We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 6‑doctor team. From new grads to seasoned docs, all experience levels are welcome!

• Advanced medical capabilities and high quality medicine
• True 4‑day work week (if you work a 1/2 Saturday, it counts as one of the four)
• No on‑call, no overnights, no Sundays
• Strong tech support: 2 techs per doctor plus floaters
• Mentorship-focused, collaborative case environment
• Thoughtful scheduling that allows time for quality medicine and client communication
• Walk‑in ER/Urgent cases – if we need to triage, there is an ER just 3 blocks away

• 9 exam rooms, dedicated dental suite, and separate surgical suite
• In‑house diagnostics (IDEXX), digital radiography & dental radiographs
