Quincy Management is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a growing aquaculture operation on the Texas coast. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in marine biology, aquaculture, environmental science, or sustainable food production to gain valuable hands‑on experience in a unique and expanding industry.

No bachelor's degree or prior aquaculture experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working as part of a team, and are interested in contributing to innovative aquaculture and coastal restoration efforts.

• Assist with daily oyster farming and aquaculture operations.
• Flip, maintain, and organize oyster cages and equipment.
• Handle, sort, and move oysters through various stages of production.
• Support harvest, nursery, and field activities.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.
• Work alongside experienced aquaculture professionals while developing industry‑specific skills.

• Interest in marine biology, aquaculture, environmental science, agriculture, or conservation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors and collaborate with a team.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and reliable.
• Previous experience in outdoor work environments, agriculture, fishing, construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree is not required.
