Lazy 3 Animal Care is a growing mixed-animal practice in the heart of Texas ranch country, and we're looking for a Medical Director ready to step into a true leadership role— not just manage, but shape the future of the practice.

• Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
• Patient Volume: Busy, well‑paced caseload
• Support: 3:1
• Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

• Medical autonomy: Lead the practice your way with support behind you

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + production bonus
• $25K Sign‑on Bonus
• DVM Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
