Kennel Technician (Pet Pro) Join Our Pet-Loving Team

We’re looking for a Full-Time Kennel Technician (internally called a Pet Pro) to join our team and care for our furry guests at their home away from home.

What You’ll DoAs a Pet Pro, you’ll be hands‑on in both daycare and boarding
, providing safe, loving care while keeping our resort clean and welcoming.
Your day may include:
- Walking dogs and supervising playgroups
- Feeding pets and administering medications
- Cleaning and sanitizing pet rooms and common areas
- Monitoring pet health, behavior, and interactions
- Documenting care notes and communicating with leadership
- Engaging pets in enrichment activities like fetch, walks, and basic obedience games
- Comforting shy guests and managing high-energy groups
- Laundry and general facility upkeep
- And yes — you’ll scoop poop, clean messes, o home with fur on your clothes, and probably get plenty of sloppy kisses.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about dogs and cats
- Gentle, patient, and safety-focused
- Comfortable supervising multiple dogs at once
- Able to recognize and prevent conflicts in playgroups
- Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with pet parents
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
You must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in various temperatures
- Handle large and small dogs confidently
- Work weekends and holidays
- Be comfortable around pet messes and cleaning products
- Full-time
- Weekend availability required
- Monday–Friday shifts
- Holiday shifts required
