Job Overview
Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high‑quality, customer‑focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Responsibilities include treating lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding, performing shop work, and offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
Qualifications- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors.
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Physical capability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.
Hourly rate starts at $18.00 per hour, up to $21.00 per hour depending on experience. Work day typically starts at 7:00–7:30 AM and ends around 3:00–4:00 PM. Overtime is available for those who want to earn extra. The work week is almost always Monday through Friday; required Saturday work is very rare unless it is voluntary.
