Under the direction of the mayor or team leader, the agent is responsible for the maintenance of roads, buildings, landscaping, and the maintenance of green spaces (mowing, weeding, etc.) and various works.

- Level BEPA or BAC professional option "landscape design".

- Driving license B required.

- Driving license C desired.

- KNOWLEDGE:
* Maintain green spaces (master the techniques of maintenance and landscaping of green spaces and vegetation).
* Apply regulatory obligations related to sites (protection, Natura 2000 classification...).
* Prevent natural risks and accidents on the site (fire, flooding, landslide...).
* Know how to recognize plants.
* Know and apply work safety rules.
* Know how to use plant protection products.
* Trim shrubs and trees.

- SKILLS:

* Know how to handle professional motorized equipment in compliance with safety rules.
* Ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
* Maintain green spaces (mowing lawns, treatment and watering...).
* Create shrub and flower beds.
* Weed and treat beds and plantations.
* Create new green spaces and lawn planting.
* Monitor the flora.
* Monitor, control, and maintain the functioning of playgrounds.
* Maintain cemeteries and schoolyards.
* Know how to make plantations and earthworks according to provided plans.
* Participate in winter road viability.
