• Lead a mowing crew on daily routes (weekly & bi-weekly properties).
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards.
• Manage route efficiency and production pace.
• Train and guide crew members on proper techniques.
• Communicate with management about delays, issues, and improvements.
• Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained.
• Keep jobsites clean, professional, and consistent.

• Routes are completed efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Properties look clean, sharp, and consistent every visit.
• Crew operates smoothly without constant oversight.
• Minimal callbacks or complaints.
• Crew members improve under your leadership.

• Experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, etc.)
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Reliable, early, and consistent.
• Able to work in Texas heat and stay productive.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Hourly pay + strong performance-based bonuses.
