Location: Gilmer
Smallwood Management Company is seeking an Exterior Maintenance Technician to manage lawn and farm upkeep across our properties. You will operate lawn equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety while working with field crews.
The role requires prior agricultural experience, chainsaw and zero-turn mower proficiency, weed eating/edging skills, and a team-oriented, dependable attitude. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm with full benefits.
