As a teammate here, you will practice high-quality medical, surgical, and urgent care every day. Our service offerings span comprehensive wellness and prevention programs, sophisticated testing and diagnostics, and advanced surgical procedures. You will be practicing medicine focused on Pet Wellness, Surgery, and Advanced Care. Located in the welcoming community of Double Oak, Texas, just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, you get the best of both worlds: a strong, local community feel and easy access to major urban amenities. This area is known for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, while still providing quick routes to nearby Denton or Flower Mound.
You will be joining an established clinic that has served this vibrant part of North Texas since 2007, giving you a stable and engaged client base.

Experience:
You'll ensure every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.
- Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
- A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
