Veterinary Technician

MILLSAP VETERINARY CLINIC, INC. is a private owned veterinary clinic based in Millsap, Texas, United States. Located at 1000 WHITE BULL LN, the clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery to animals in the area. This a mixed animal clinic, although we are looking for a small animal technician. Our practice has four DVMs working most days, we take appointments and walk-ins.

Surgery days are Monday through Friday. We offer 70% health insurance coverage for employees after 90 days. 401K matching. 50% veterinary discount for personal animals. Additional benefits will be provided and discussed during interviews.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Technician at MILLSAP VETERINARY CLINIC, INC. The Veterinary Technician will be responsible for animal care, veterinary technology, client education, and pet care on a day-to-day basis. Day to day role includes assisting veterinarians in exam rooms, completing client tickets, filling prescriptions, running in house diagnostics, assisting in administering treatment and additional roles to maintain an organized and clean hospital setting.

Surgical assistant skills can also be taught and incorporated into the job description.
