Pilgrim is seeking a capable Superintendent to lead sanitation operations in our Fab and kill facilities in Texas. You will supervise supervisors, ensure safety, enforce quality standards, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory policies.
This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory sanitation or processing experience, proficiency with Excel and Word, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures.
