Inventory Coordinator

The Role:

Data Center Platform Engineering Group (DPEG) is looking for an on-site Material Asset Management specialist to inventory assets, handle shipping and receiving of assets/items, ensure proper disposition in an asset management tool, communicate clearly on inventory (needs, over subscription, issues), and handle corporate inventory audit reviews via proper documentation.

• Inventory Control
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Managing Inventory Audits
• Shipping and Receiving
• Hazardous Materials Management
• Working with various materials: construction products, raw materials, chemicals, glass, polymers
• Selecting the best combination of materials for specific jobs
• Optimizing working practices and ensuring proper documentation
• Understanding specifications and client requirements for material (different versions/types)

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in material procurement and management of assets
• Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of materials and their properties and proper disposition
• Proficiency in inventory management software

• Support the management and planning of inventory requirements, balancing investment and demand while considering operational conditions
• Provide corporate audit ready inventory analysis and quick look-up
• Apply problem-solving skills in various industries, such as IT, technical sales, marketing, and consultancy.
