Location: Anson
QA Engineer
Salary: $3,800 – $4,500
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm

Changi

Job Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and feedback
- Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis using quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with internal teams
- Prepare and submit customer-required quality documents (e.g. Control Plan, FMEA)
- Monitor and report quality performance indicators such as PPM, RMA, and customer scorecards
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and ISO 9001 standards
- Support new product introduction, sample inspection, and process validation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing or customer quality role preferred
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, and FMEA
- Familiar with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
