Quality Manager for Data Centers Projects

Reporting to the headquarters and a Director of Large Projects, you will take responsibility for defining, deploying, and monitoring the quality policy for our data centers projects.

Your main duties are as follows:

  • Develop and implement the quality policy, aligning it with current standards, internal standards, and specific requirements of large data centers projects.
  • Define, write, and deploy project quality plans, as well as the procedures and specific instructions necessary for each phase of the operations.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits, perform regular site inspections, and analyze results to identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPI), analyze trends, and propose relevant corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead awareness actions and training for internal teams and external partners to strengthen the quality culture.
  • Manage non-conformities, deviations, and capitalize on feedback to feed the continuous improvement process.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to integrate the quality dimension from conception through to completion.
  • Serve as the interface with certification bodies and external authorities on all quality-related matters.
  • Conduct regulatory and normative surveillance (national and international) to ensure project compliance, procedures, and products.

Holder of a higher education degree type BAC+5 in quality or engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in a responsible position in quality, ideally acquired on large-scale projects or in demanding industrial environments like data centers.

Mastery of English is imperative for this position, both written and spoken. You have necessarily worked in an Anglo-Saxon country or for Anglo-Saxon clients, which has allowed you to acquire a deep understanding of international quality standards and requirements.

You are proficient in quality management systems (QMS), as well as tools and methods for continuous improvement. A good knowledge of regulations applicable to construction and critical infrastructure projects is essential.

You demonstrate rigor, organization, great methodology, and listening skills. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convince, you know how to rally teams around quality objectives and lead change.

Your ability to anticipate quality risks and your pragmatism in providing solutions are major assets.

Committed to professional equality, diversity, and inclusivity, we welcome all talents and are particularly committed to recruiting people with disabilities.

Join a company with a unique family spirit.
