As a Quality Assurance Analyst with German or Spanish, your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the quality control system
• Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the project's efficiency
• Perform recordings and evaluations of calls according to a given repository
• Participate in the process of upgrading project quality skills through calibration and calibration sessions
• Ensure proper application and compliance of processes

The qualifications for the Quality Assurance Analyst with German or Spanish role are:

• Native level in German or Spanish
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous working experience as a QA / Team Leader / Supervisor.
