Senior Service Quality Analyst
Operates with a high degree of autonomy to design, execute, and refine complex quality review programs across P&C servicing.
Responsibilities- Independently identifies audit needs, develops methodologies, and applies multiple audit techniques to evaluate service accuracy, compliance, and process effectiveness.
- Analyzes trends, identifies root causes of recurring issues, and delivers actionable insights that drive operational improvement and enhance client experience.
- Collaborates with Service Leadership, Operations, and Compliance to ensure the continuous improvement of quality standards and procedures.
