Perdue Foods is hiring a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician in Schulenburg, Texas. The role monitors production processes to verify compliance with company, regulatory, and GFSI standards and maintains a safe, high-quality environment throughout plant operations.
Schedule:
Mon–Sat, 7:00am–4:00pm. Minimum: high school or equivalent; at least 6 months' consecutive work in a related field. Preferred: experience in food quality and/or safety.
