Select Milk Producers is seeking a Quality Assurance Foreperson to perform analytical and microbiological evaluations of raw, pasteurized, and final dairy products. You will ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, AOAC, GFSI, GMP and safety regulations, and mentor entry-level staff.
In this hands-on role, you will operate laboratory equipment, conduct audits, prepare certificates of analysis, maintain records, and participate in environmental monitoring and HACCP documentation.
