Location: Nassau Bay
Exponential Property Group is looking for an Entry Level Leasing Agent to join our team in Nassau Bay, TX. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective residents, presenting community features, and securing lease agreements.
The ideal candidate will have good leasing and closing skills and be able to type at least 30 words per minute. A High School diploma is preferred, and candidates with National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification are encouraged to apply. Flexibility in work hours is required, totaling 20-40 hours per week.
