Maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, and parking areas to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction;
Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily;
Assist in preparing market-ready units;
Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks;
Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and inclement weather events
