Senior Project Manager, Advisor Real Estate

Oversee real estate project execution for LPL Financial’s advisor portfolio, focusing on Liquidity & Succession transactions and other real estate initiatives. Serve as project management point of coordination, ensuring scope, budgets, and timelines align with LPL standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead real estate project management across the advisor portfolio, including liquidity & succession transactions and various office transitions, refreshes, relocations, consolidations, new office setups, power/data needs, TV/AV additions, signage updates, furniture replacement, interior refreshes.
  • Coordinate architectural, furniture, and existing‑conditions surveys to support scope development and cost estimating.
  • Develop project schedules, monitor milestones and dependencies, manage risks to align with business timelines.
  • Inform and develop real estate scope inputs for project and deal budgets.
  • Track project costs against approved budgets, review vendor proposals and invoices, obtain required approvals for scope changes or overspend.
  • Act as project management point of coordination, partnering with internal teams while recognizing other functional owners may manage specific components.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Real Estate teammates and stakeholders (Technology, Marketing, Corporate Development, Integrations, etc.) to align scope, timing, responsibilities, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with landlords, external vendors, architects, furniture partners, and service providers to execute approved scope per LPL processes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation: scope, schedules, budgets, approvals, closeout materials.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about status, risks, budget considerations, and upcoming activities.
  • Support additional advisor real estate initiatives in response to evolving priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience supporting real estate and/or construction‑related projects (office relocations, tenant improvements, interior refreshes, renovations, or space integrations).
Core Competencies
  • Developing project budgets, tracking spend, and coordinating approvals within defined financial constraints.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines tied to business and portfolio milestones.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
  • Cross‑functional coordination, vendor management, communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail and risk management.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Experience supporting advisor real estate projects related to acquisitions, integrations, or portfolio‑level initiatives.
  • Exposure to workplace design, furniture systems, interior finishes, and building infrastructure (power/data, AV).
  • Design experience is a plus, but not required.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Compensation

Pay Range: $84,872.00 – $. Base salary varies based on skills, experience, education, and location. LPL offers a competitive Total Rewards package.
