About the RoleAs a Leasing Agent at Hatch Management LLC, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process of The Estacado Apartments. Your major end result will be to ensure that all units are leased out in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants, providing them with all necessary information about the property and the leasing process.
You will also ensure that lease agreements are properly executed and all necessary paperwork is completed, and renew existing tenants when their lease matures. Hatch Management offers competitive pay, leasing and renewal commissions, benefits, and paid time off.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in leasing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with property management software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Resman Property Management Software.
- Willingness to adopt new technologies for leasing.
- Manage the leasing process of our properties, including conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service to potential and current tenants.
- Ensure that all lease agreements are properly executed and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure that all units are properly maintained and ready for move-in.
As a Leasing Agent, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide potential and current tenants with all necessary information about the property and the leasing process. Your strong organizational and time-management skills will be essential in managing the leasing process and ensuring that all lease agreements are properly executed. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in collaborating with the property management team to ensure that all units are properly maintained and ready for move-in.
Your proficiency in property management software and bilingual skills will be beneficial in providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of potential and current tenants.
