Assistant Property Manager (Bilingual)
Integra Staffing is hiring an Assistant Property Manager (Bilingual) for an Apartment Community. This role supports the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, resident relations, leasing performance, and administrative oversight. The Assistant Property Manager helps keep the community running smoothly—handling resident concerns, supporting leasing and renewals, assisting with reporting, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This is a great fit for someone organized, professional, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Pay: $23-24/ Hr.(pay negotiated once hired + benefits offered)
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (some properties may require Saturdays with a day off during the week)
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and community performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects (in-person, phone, email)
- Assist with leasing activity: lead follow-up, tours as needed, applications, move-ins, renewals
- Help manage resident relations: address concerns, enforce lease policies, document interactions
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident notices (as assigned)
- Prepare and maintain accurate resident files, reports, and required documentation
- Enter/track work orders and coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely completion
- Support vendor coordination and basic invoice processing (property-specific)
- Ensure the leasing office and common areas maintain a professional appearance
- Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies at all times
- Must be Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and property management software)
- Must have two forms of employment eligibility
- Dress code: professional office attire (property-specific)
- Prior experience in apartment property management (leasing, APM, or property admin)
- Experience with collections, notices, renewals, and resident file compliance
- Familiarity with Yardi, One Site, Entrata, Real Page, or similar systems
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and basic lease enforcement documentation
- Weekend availability (if required by the property)
