Leasing Agent

Chad Nic Group, LLC, a Texas-based consulting and business services firm, is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support commercial and office space leasing for small and mid-sized business clients. In this client-facing role, you will market and show professional spaces, respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist prospects through screening, applications, and lease coordination. You will maintain accurate records, support brokers and consultants with occupancy data, and contribute to a professional, service-focused client experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market and show commercial and office spaces to prospective tenants
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and suitability for professional clients
• Screen prospective tenants and assist with application processing
• Coordinate lease documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and tenant communications
• Support brokers and consultants with occupancy and availability data
• Assist with basic market research and competitive property analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client service objectives
• Provide professional, client-focused service aligned with firm values
