Parker County Title Co. | Willow Park, Texas | Full-Time, On-Site

If you know title, you know this job is equal parts details, deadlines, relationships, problem-solving, and occasionally keeping everyone calm when a closing decides to get interesting.

We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join the team at Parker County Title Co. in Willow Park, Texas
.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with previous title or escrow experience who understands residential real estate transactions, knows how to move a file from contract to close, and takes pride in making the process feel easy for everyone involved.

Because when escrow is done really well, the client never sees how much work happened behind the scenes.

About Parker County Title Co.

We are a local title company built around a pretty simple idea:

Take great care of people and do the work right.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal. Our job is to make the closing process clear, accurate, organized, and maybe even enjoyable.

We work closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, builders, and investors throughout Parker County, and we care deeply about the relationships we build along the way.

We want people to walk out of our office thinking, "That was easier than I expected."

What You’ll Do

As an Escrow Officer, you will own residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.

That means you will:

  • Manage escrow files from contract to funding and closing
  • Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing documents
  • Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, underwriters, and other parties
  • Conduct professional and welcoming closings
  • Manage funding, document execution, recording, and post-closing requirements
  • Identify problems early and help solve them before closing day
  • Keep everyone informed throughout the transaction
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with title and escrow requirements
  • Deliver the kind of service that makes agents and clients want to work with us again
What We’re Looking For

Previous title or escrow experience is required.

Beyond that, we are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of a busy closing desk.

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Closer, or similar title-industry role
  • Strong knowledge of residential real estate closings
  • Experience working with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple files and deadlines at the same time
  • Clear and proactive communication
  • A strong customer-service mindset
  • Experience with title and escrow software
  • A current Texas Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
You’ll Probably Be Great Here If You:
  • Like being the person everyone can depend on
  • Catch details other people miss
  • Communicate before someone has to ask for an update
  • Can juggle a lot without making everyone around you feel the chaos
  • Stay calm when a transaction throws a curveball
  • Actually enjoy working with real estate agents and lenders
  • Care about the experience just as much as the paperwork
  • Want to be part of a growing local company instead of feeling like employee #4,732
Why Parker County Title Co.?

We want to build the kind of title company people want to work with and want to work for.

That means great service, strong relationships, high standards, a good team, and a workplace where people can enjoy coming to work while still taking their responsibilities seriously.

Parker County is growing quickly, and we believe there is a huge opportunity to continue building something special here.

If you have title experience, know your way around an escrow file, and want to be part of a team that cares about doing excellent work without acting like a corporate robot, we would love to hear from you.
