Our client is seeking a detail-oriented
** Forensic DNA Analyst
** to join their growing laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for scientists with hands-on molecular biology experience who are looking to build a career in a production laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with DNA extraction, molecular techniques, and working within a regulated laboratory setting.

** Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform DNA extraction from a variety of sample types, along with DNA quantification and quality control testing.

+ Conduct serology testing while following established SOPs, accreditation standards, and laboratory safety protocols.

+ Receive, process, secure, and document evidence while maintaining strict chain-of-custody procedures.

+ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.

+ Assist with the validation and implementation of new analytical methods.

+ Monitor laboratory inventory, reagents, and supplies.

+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive case information.

+ Provide expert witness testimony when required.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science, or a related scientific discipline.

+ 1-3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in a production or regulated laboratory.

+

Experience with DNA extraction and molecular laboratory techniques.

+ Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
